At Ever Candle Studio, each candle is hand-poured with intention and made to bring light, warmth, and meaning to your space. We understand that scent is deeply personal — and sometimes, a fragrance might not feel quite like yours.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. Simply fill out the Contact Us form on our website, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit for an item of equal value once we’ve reviewed your request.

Because each Ever candle is made from 100% soy wax, gentle variations such as frosting or light surface texture are completely natural — and part of the beauty of small-batch craftsmanship.

Refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Ever Candle Studio.
